We stay in touch despite COVID-19

It is very important to us to inform you below about how VITARIS is dealing with this situation due to the current developments in connection with the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 in Switzerland. The health of all employees and our customers is paramount. We have already taken appropriate measures internally and are following the instructions of the federal government.

As far as possible, all VITARIS employees work from home. Despite these measures, your VITARIS team is available for you as usual. We do our utmost to continue to ensure that all processes run smoothly, minimize downtimes and cushion any changes with other solutions.

Customer visits / meetings
Deferred dates are postponed to a later date. If possible, urgent appointments are made via Teams, Webex or Skype. Your responsible Account Manager will contact you for an individual arrangement.

Deliveries
We do everything in our power to minimize the potential impact of the current situation on our deliveries. However, we cannot currently rule out that the global supply chain in the coming weeks or months. In addition, there are local regulations that may not make it possible to import. Until further notice, we have a large inventory which does not lead to delays in delivery.

Service
Our service department can still be reached by phone or email as usual. For the best possible protection of our employees and our customers, installations and maintenance work are only carried out after individual consultation with our customers.
