CellCube® System

 

The CellCube System provides a fast, simple, and compact method for the mass culture of attach­ment dependent cells. It uses a tissue culture treated growth surface for cell attachment, and con­tinually perfuses the cells with fresh medium for increased cell productivity. The CellCube System is comprised of four pieces of capital equipment: the system controller, oxygenator, circulation, and media pumps and is designed to use disposable CellCube Modules. Performance data from the CellCube System can be easily scaled to the production system. Please inquire about CellCube pricing. Corning provides on-site technical support for the CellCube System.

The CellCube Modules provide a traditional tissue culture treated surface for the growth of attachment dependent cells. The CellCube System provides an environment which more closely simulates in vivo conditions and reliably distributes nutrients and oxy­gen with low differential gradients across all cells within the modules.
